Welcome

Your needs

I offer a safe, welcoming and supportive space to people who are facing difficulty in their lives. Some clients come to see me because of anxiety and stress, or are struggling with a lack of confidence and low self-esteem.
Others come to therapy with relationship issues, such as, workplace challenges, loneliness, breakups, or loss.
Sometimes, people come for personal development, feeling lost, stuck, or powerless. And some clients simply want more out of life.
Working through challenges alone is difficult. Together we can help you manage how you feel, develop your inner resources, and explore the choices you have. Our time together is confidential, and we will work at a pace that suits you.

London based counselling

Online counselling

Online counselling is a good fit for some people as it bridges the gap that exists with traditional face to face therapy around issues like accessibility or convenience. When we work online, it is important that you have a confidential and quiet space to fully engage with the session.
